The Process / Timeline

To nominate a product or service for an Edison Award or Edison Green Award, complete the appropriate 2013 Nomination Form. Follow the instructions on the form, and submit your nomination, along with the entry fee, as directed. The deadline for nominations for the 2013 Awards has been extended to December 14, 2012, 11:59 PST. Nominations are now closed.

All completed nominations will be reviewed by the members of the Edison Awards Steering Committee as well as an ad hoc panel of professionals, all of whom are senior executives with diverse marketing, scientific and business backgrounds who are recognized experts in their fields. Upon conclusion of this primary review process, a ballot of Finalists is prepared.

Our Panel of Judges, which is comprised of more than 3,000 senior business executives and academics, then review the ballot of Finalists and choose the Gold, Silver and Bronze winners, acknowledging the Finalists' excellence in meeting the award criteria of Concept, Value, Delivery and Impact. The Panel includes members of the powerful Marketing Executives Networking Group (MENG), which has been partnered with the Edison Awards since 2009, as well as hundreds of past Edison Award winners, marketing professionals, scientists, engineers and academics. Winners will be announced during the April, 2013 Award Ceremony and Gala Dinner, which is part of a two-day comprehensive networking event.
